Nutrition shapes how we feel, think and recover. In this masterclass, Dr Bronwyn Hudson from Clean Slate Clinic and Nicole Pritchard from Digital Wellness explore how nutrition, neuroscience, and addiction medicine come together to support people in alcohol and other drug recovery.

Instead of focusing on diet culture or weight loss, they unpack the unique challenges that recovery brings - from cravings and mood changes to low energy and disrupted routines - and share practical, evidence-based strategies to rebuild health from the inside out.

Watch the recording to learn:

✅ How the right nutrition powers your brain and body in recovery

✅ The biggest nutritional gaps caused by substance use - and how to fix them

✅ Why routine beats fad diets and “quick fixes” every time

✅ Simple strategies to rebuild healthy habits and use nutrition and lifestyle as tools for self-care, connection, and relapse prevention
