Once a patient is safely withdrawn from alcohol, our discharge summary provides the information you need to prepare and bill a GP Management Plan and/or Mental Health Care Plan.

Affordable and Effective
We offer limited publicly funded spots in Western New South Wales, Western Queensland and Northern Sydney. Clients with Bupa Gold insurance are also eligible for a fully funded placement. Otherwise we are a very affordable private service at $320 per month - a win-win for you and your patients.
Our program is suitable for patients aged 18+ with alcohol dependence. The only absolute exclusion criteria is a history of withdrawal seizures. If you are unsure of whether your client is suitable, contact us and one of our doctors would be happy to discuss this with you.
